Xiamen Youta Animation Technology Co., Ltd. (厦门优他动漫科技有限公司, 西安优他动漫制作设计有限公司, or 厦门网络科技有限公司), often shorted to just Xiamen (厦门), is the company behind AISingers, MUTA (Both it's PC and App versions), and NIAONiao. Little information is known on the company. It's likely that the company is a new name for DSoundSoft, the company that original created NIAONiao. Sometimes they may cloak themselves as D大AI (Big D AI(?)), who's user name used to be "MUTA Official", who also states they are the person(s?) behind the same software. They are copyright owners of the Corporate Vocals. The legal representative is Qiu Zhihao (邱志豪).

Xiamen was established July 16, 2014. In 2016, Xiamen required the rights to NIAONiao, and Ludi, the main programmer, became the CTO.[1][2]

NIAOBand[]
On April 17, 2023, Big D AI posted an image on Bilibili of a conformation message saying he registered the URL "niaoband.com" with the caption reading "Everything is going well".[3] No information on NIAOBand has been released, and may be cancelled. It is possible he was referring to the music arrangement software YouYou Band (悠悠虚拟乐队) by DSoundSoft.
