It is highly likely that Singer H is Huiyu Qian (灰雨千), also known as Haiame Sen (灰雨セン) in Japanese. He's a Japanese/Chinese DeepVocal and UTAU. Notable similarities are the general head shape, anthropomorphism, glasses, and microphone. The pose also resembles one of Haiame Sen's illustrations.
By checking the source code of AISingers website, one can find that their audio files are labelled "a_hyq.mp3", which is a clue to their real identity like Singer J's audio files being labelled "a_ny1.mp3" and "a_ny2.mp3", the "a" meaning audio, the number meaning the track number and the letters "ny" being the acronym for "Natsume Yuuri". HYQ is the acronym for his name.
